Michael Lowenberg has been an attorney since January 1998, with a practice primarily involving plaintiff cases based in products liability, toxic torts, medical malpractice, and general commercial and personal injury litigation. Additionally, Mike Lowenberg was lead counsel in several mass tort cases at his former firm involving Sulzer Orthopedic Hip Implants, Heparin, Vioxx, and Gadolinium.
Education & Courts Admitted to Practice
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin in 1995, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Engineering Route to Business, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in December of 1997. Mr. Lowenberg is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Texas, the United States Supreme Court, The United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern, Southern, and Northern Districts of Texas.
